INGREDIENTS: Vietnamese Beef Stew seasoning powder (20%), salt, sugar, tapioca starch, nature-based flavorings (from beef, and saw leaf), sweet corn extract, yeast extract,
powder, shortening, and stabilizer (412).


RECIPE: Beef shank (or beef tendon) cut in pieces, 2 garlic cloves, 5 carrots, 8 stalks of lemongrass, 1 root of ginger.


HOW TO COOK:
- Thoroughly rinse the beet with ginger and salt
- Next,add Beef Stew Soup Base, marinate for about 15 minutes
- In a pot, saute garlic and lemongrass, then add the beef and brown them.
- Next, add 10 liters of water (or coconut water) in the pot, bring to boil and then simmer for 1 - 2 hours till the beef is soft. Finally, add carrots, cook for another 20 minutes, and there you got a pot of Vietnamese beef stew. For 30 bowis
