CHICKEN FLAVORED "PHỞ" SOUP BASE

 

INGREDIENTS: Salt, sugar, natural-based and artificial chicken flavorings, chicken powder, pho soup base, sweet com extract, vegetable extract, flavor enhancers (621 and 627), yeast extract, straw mushroom powder, and stabilizer (412).

RECIPE: 100 g of ginger, 2-3 chickens, 2 onion bulbs, 2-2.5 kg of banh pho (flat rice noodles).

HOW TO COOK: Place chickens, onion bulbs, ginger, and Pho soup base into a pot. Add enough water to cover the chickens and simmer for 30 minutes. Then take out the chicken, and remove the onions and ginger. Add CHICKEN FLAVORED "PHỞ" SOUP BASE and 10 liters of water to the pot, bring the stock to a boil, and serve. The recipe can serve 30 bowls.
