Ingredients:
Rice starch, tapioca starch

Recipe ingredients:

  • Rice cake flour: 400g
    Water: 900 ml
    Cooking oil: 100 ml

  • Chicken eggs: 8 eggs

  • Soy sauce, chili sauce

    Shredded papaya, chopped scallions

    How to cook:

  • Put the flour in a pot, add the water while mixing until smooth.

  • Put the pot on a stove with medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is slightly thickened.

  • our the flour mixture into a cake pan (lined with cling film).
  • Steam for about 20-25 minutes until the cake is cooked (put the pan in the steamer insert before the water boils)

  • ry the pieces of cake until golden brown on both sides
  • beaten eggs on top of the cake pieces and continue frying until the egg is cooked. Sprinkle chopped scallions on top of the cake.
  • Bot chien cake is served with shredded green papaya, diluted soy sauce, and chili sauce. The cake is more delicious when it is hot.

    Take out the pan to let the cake cool and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
