INGREDIENTS: Pho seasoning powder (15%), salt, sugar, nature-based flavoring (from beet), sweet com extract, vegetable extract, yeast extract, straw mushroom powder, shortening, and stabilizer (412).
RECIPE: 2 kg of pork bones, 800 g - 1 kg of beef brisket, 500 g of filet mignon, 50 g (5 cloves) of shallot, 50 g (2 roots) of ginger, 1 kg of flat rice noodles.
HOW TO COOK: Thoroughly rinse the pork bones and beef brisket, cook them in boiling water for 5-10 minutes, then remove and rinse them again. After that, add them in a pot filled with 10 litters of water and simmer for about 1 hour.
Then add the ginger and onions, along with the instant beef both, cook for an hour more. Finally, add Pho soup base into the pot, stir until it's completely dissolved, pour more water if, needed and season to taste. For 30 bowls.
